Once you get there cherry pick the bone charms that suit your playstyle the most and sacrifice them to make more powerful versions of them. On the other hand if you want to make the most out of the bone charms i recommend investing 4 runes into that tree skill unlocking "syngergy" and "master craftsman". Once the achievement pops load your save ! Shadow XBL pointed out that the crafting is cumulative: you can save, craft "x" number of charms, load the save and repeat as many times as needed. Make a save, invest a rune in the " bone charm crafting" skill, sacrifice all the bone charms you have and you'll have enough talents and raw whale bone to craft 10 or more basic bone charms.
Pretty straightforward achievement If you can't be bothered with cafting: collect all the bone charms you can for the 3 or 4 first levels.
